Passport assistance
Help entering the Welpdom.
Most access problems can be resolved without losing your Passport or its history.
My entrance email did not arrive
Confirm the address, check spam or junk mail, then request another secure link. Only the newest link may work.
Patreon did not connect
Sign in to Patreon with the account that holds your Welp membership, then return to your Passport and choose Connect Patreon again.
My Welpdom and Patreon emails differ
That is okay. Sign in to the Welpdom with your chosen Passport email, then connect the correct Patreon account through the verification button.
My requests are missing
New eligible requests connect when sufficient identity information is available. Older requests may require review; they are not deleted because they have not yet appeared on your Passport.
Still locked out?
Send the Welp team a private Patreon message describing what happened. Include the email used for your Passport, but never place it in a public comment.
